General Terms
By ordering a commission you agree to be over 18 years of age and agree to those Terms of Service.
Commission communication is handled by email at [email protected] unless specified otherwise.
Only one person will be responsible for communication for ease of agreement and decision.
Extra complicated designs, additional characters, short deadlines and other special wishes that require an extra amount of work can incur additional fees.Payment
Payment is made via Paypal invoices and fully upfront.
For payments of higher amounts than 400 CHF, payment plans can be offered.
Payment is in Swiss Franks (CHF) only.
Regarding canceling your order, full refunds may only be offered before I start working on your commission. Partial refunds may be offered before the final sketch phase. No refunds past this point.Process
I will send one to three sketches for you to approve a final sketch from, where you can request changes.
Once we agree on a final sketch, I will send one rough color pass of your commission. Once you give approval on the colors, I will work on your commission until completion.
At the end of the process, you will receive a fullres, watermark-free .png file, unless requested otherwise. No physical artwork will be sent.
Past the sketching phase, large or excessive corrections will incur additional fees.Creative rights
I retain the right to use the artwork for online distribution on social media websites (e.g. Twitter, Tumblr, Bluesky, personal portfolio website, etc) unless agreed otherwise at the time of the commission’s order.
The commissioned work is strictly for private use and you are not allowed to profit from the commission or use it for commercial purposes.
You may strictly not use the commissioned work for any crypto-related project, including but not limited to Non-Fungible Tokens or NFTs.
You may strictly not use the commissioned work or part of its process for any Artificial Intelligence (AI) training and AI-related projects.
